Reliable seals and gaskets
Gelria is a specialist in processing flat materials as rolls or sheets. Thanks to our modern equipment, we are capable of producing large and small batches, which allows us to produce test and sample batches quickly but also allows us to manufacture larger batches.
Our (fully automatic) die-cutting machines let us cut the right shapes out of a wide range of different materials with great speed and precision. These machines also allow us to machine extremely thin films, various plastics and multiple types of rubber (up to a thickness of 50mm). We also have a wide range of general die-cutting blades for standard dimensions at our disposal. If you need a special die-cutting mould, we will produce one as efficiently as possible, reducing material waste to a minimum. Because we make these moulds ourselves, our lead times are minimal.
Our digital (waterjet) cutting machines let us cut even the most complicated products. These machines let us offer a wide range of options in terms of dimensions, shape, sizing and materials. Thanks to automatic input and output units, these machines are fully automatic. You can either provide your own drawings or have them made by us. This method is particularly interesting for smaller batches, as it does not require the purchase of any special tools.
Our standard punching moulds let us punch various rings and discs from plastics and non-ferrous materials. We can also design bespoke moulds and manufacture your products in bulk. Our eccentric punching presses feature automatic input and output units, allowing them to run automatically.
Extremely suitable for thicker types of rubber and various plastics. This is also a quick, precise way to produce countersunk holes and beveled edges. Our CNC machine can quickly process DWG, DXF and STP files, but you can also ask us to make a drawing for you.
Gluing / Lamination
We are capable of providing many of our materials with a self-adhesive side by applying a tissue glue with our laminate roller, which lets us apply the tissue to various materials at the right temperature. This adhesive layer is used to facilitate installation. If you are looking for permanent adhesives, please contact us to discuss the various options!
